Great flavor, just as I use to remember it as a kid so many years ago growing up in Southern California.

Better than the same brand in the smaller tubes you find at other stores, it has more substance and less turning into mostly oils.

This is the best chorizo i have ever had and i can buy it bulk when you cook it you have very little grease not like the other brands great buy
