The Cacique Premium Pork Chorizo is excellent! Its not overly fatty and breaks up nicely while cooking, which makes it easy to work with. The flavor is rich and well-seasoned without being too greasy. It pairs perfectly with eggs and makes an easy, delicious breakfast. I'll definitely be buying this again. Oh and my kids approved!!

Good tasting chorizo but the size should be 1 lb/link. Also, the texture is mushy which is indicative of more organs than muscles being used to make the sausage. I prefer a more ground pork texture.

Good price, but just a little greasy.

I was making eggs with chorizos and the taste is way off. The whole family just left their plates. Now i have 3 more left that are going to be thrown out
