This chorizo is very good. I make it with eggs or potatoes and it turns out delicious! I definitely recommend it.

Not as spicey as the sliced version Sam's used to carry. A bit more messy and way too much oil/fat.

My family loves this chorizo. We make it with scrambled eggs. It doesnt melt into nothing like some chorizos do. Its hearty and delicious with the right amount of spice.
