First guy that came out, was NOT concerned about customer service. 2nd guy, he was, but there was nothing he could do because the maker hadn't sent all the parts to me. Once I recieved all the parts, scheduled the 3rd guy to come out. The only thing I'd probably recommend is sending people who actually know about the product/is an honest Handy man with 'EXTRA' frequently needed screws/bolts... Ex: no assembly instructions, but they can still get it done with no problems.

Anthoney was very polite and professional. He came to my door and put on the necessary protective gear on and was ready to go to work. The bed frame box was heavier then specified so I had to help him get it upstairs. He did a great job at the assembly and helped me put it exactly where I needed it to be. Thank you Anthoney. The bed frame was more than I expected and had more features than the one I had originally decided on.

Our assembler Don arrived just before his appointed time.He gave us a friendly greeting and told us he was new with Handy and began his job. He completed it in about 1and half hours. He asked me to inspect his job and offered to take out the boxes and other debris. He asked if there was anything else he could do for us before he left. I bought the bed a week ago, I got a text saying when & what time assembly would be, Mesh was here ON TIME! My landlord was here, Mesh helped him read my heater (heat/cool/on/auto) he is an older gentleman. Mesh is very polite once he started working I became more at ease He smelled good too.

Joel arrived on time & W/ a professional profile. Fully prepared for our assembly job, he completed the entire project in short order and our new day bed looked great!
