Well the first time the assembly handyman canceled on me as they were running behind. I worked hard to get as soon as I could next available which happened to be Saturday. This time they showed up within the time frame the gentleman was pleasant and had the bed assembled within an hour. He did a great job the bed came out nice and sturdy. Expect possibly one cancellation but after that it seems to work out pretty good not shabby.

I received a reminder message 2 days prior to my appointment. Mike from Handy called before he showed up and he was amazing! He took the bed frame out of the box and assembled it quickly and demonstrated how to operate the adjustable bed frame. I hope that if I need any other services from Handy, Mike will be the gentleman that Handy sends. Thank you so much Mike for your help!

I ordered a bedframe & foam mattress for my brother, paid for the additional services AND AM HAPPY TO HAVE DONE IT!! I purchased a huge day bed and did not want to put it together. So I used handy and they sent me a guy who was not only on time but he took his time and out it together! It looks great and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I’ll definitely be using this service again.

The app said that he was late, but he was actually a few minutes early. The bed that we ordered didn't come with good directions and was sent with a defective leg, but he helped me figure out how to fix the problem and still was able to build the bed. I'm sure that it took him much longer than it should have, and he still helped clean up the mess afterwards. He was very friendly with my children and didn't mind their multiple interruptions. We couldn't have asked for a better handyman.

Bought 3 beds and 3 different workers came to fix them. The first 2 completed the job with no problem but the 3rd came in 30 minutes late and left because he said he couldn't complete the job. He also left all the pieces of the bed scattered around my kids room. I was very upset

I purchased an adjustable bed frame, something I have always wanted but they were too expensive. In this day and age they’re very affordable, so I purchased one and it arrived in many pieces, and being a senior I just didn’t feel that I could put it together on my own. So I asked for help, I only had to wait a week. Mark P was assigned to me at 10:00 AM, he was here even early, only took him an hour to assemble the whole thing, he did a marvelous job. I would definitely go through Handy in the future for help.

Dylan was GREAT! He did an amazing job, and the communication was great. He was very friendly and professional, and made sure to wear his mask and social distance. I love my new trundle bed. The blue color is EXACTLY what I was hoping for. The young man who put it together was great. He was on time, knowledgeable, and even read the assembly instructions. (Not a normal thing anymore.). And he cleaned up his mess. Thank you, Travis.

my queen bedframe came in on thursday and the two professionals came earlier than their appt time which was fine with me. the two put together the bedframe in half an hour, picked up the trash and left. they were very nice and respectful. I would definately use the service again. thankyou.
