I was originally going to try and set this up myself, but decided to try the service option and I’m so glad I did. The gentleman that came did a terrific job. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely use this service again.

my queen bedframe came in on thursday and the two professionals came earlier than their appt time which was fine with me. the two put together the bedframe in half an hour, picked up the trash and left. they were very nice and respectful. I would definately use the service again. thankyou.

My order was delayed, but the gentleman at Handy kept in contact with me. He put together the bed and even unrolled our mattress in a box and put it on for me which I would not have been able to do. Love this service! For me, it was more than worth the extra money paid. Great service and very efficient!

Muy husband and I were initially very apprehensive about using the Angie App and having a complete stranger come to our house as we've heard not so good experiences with very sketchy characters. We took the chance and had a bed frame with head board assembled a couple of months ago. Alberto was on time, prepared with his tools, very professional, friendly, he worked very fast, very experienced, organize, left everything clean, perfectly assembled %26 flawless. We highly recommend him!

Great communication before the assembly by text. On time, extremely friendly, wore a mask the whole time, fast worker, helpful with putting the mattress and box spring on and pleasant to talk to. It took him about 35/40 minutes to put it together, worth the money to have the handyman service do the work for you. Overall great experience and would use this service again! Bed seems strong and only needs a mattress but I like mattress and box spring.

Francisco was amazing! He came in and handled everything single handed (the daybed was way too heavy for me to try and take out of the box myself) He was very efficient and friendly, he didn’t just put it together but tested the fittings to make sure they were secure and did not move on until he was sure they were safe. I’m a bit of a worry wart when entrusting something I use to others, but I KNOW this bed is secure because care was given throughout! Our assembler Don arrived just before his appointed time.He gave us a friendly greeting and told us he was new with Handy and began his job. He completed it in about 1and half hours. He asked me to inspect his job and offered to take out the boxes and other debris. He asked if there was anything else he could do for us before he left. Holly is amazing. Don’t get fooled by her small stature. She’s a powerhouse. She really knows how to fix things. She’s very considerate of your home. Shoes come off. She cleans up and disposes the packaging for you. You can rely on Holly to do the job right.

First guy that came out, was NOT concerned about customer service. 2nd guy, he was, but there was nothing he could do because the maker hadn't sent all the parts to me. Once I recieved all the parts, scheduled the 3rd guy to come out. The only thing I'd probably recommend is sending people who actually know about the product/is an honest Handy man with 'EXTRA' frequently needed screws/bolts... Ex: no assembly instructions, but they can still get it done with no problems.
