Cancelled but charged!

Cancelled according to directions, no one showed so they got the cancellation notice. Charged anyway!

Jacob came ahead of time, was polite and friendly. He didn’t take too much time to assemble the bed and did a good job.

Terrible!

This bed frame does not fit a queen mattress. I followed the directions on the very small, and poorly written instructions. There are no online tutorials for the i-3976B. This has been a nightmare!

2 cross bars are attached "upside-down"; read info

I paid for assembly and even he was confused. It's just a different design.
