Jason showed up to put together the bed frame and he was friendly professional and got the job done in no time at all. What else does this man do as I would like to hire him again!

Mattress is too firm. Don’t understand why the description states that it’s memory foam. Took over a month to receive. Horrible experience. Will be getting rid of it. Do not buy unless you enjoy firmer beds.

The gentleman who assembled my bed works very concisely and quickly, and was very courteous and did a thorough job. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Never showed up, never emailed or phoned to set up appointment - Don’t waste your time or money! Had to call Walmart service to get refund. No easy task since you have to go through multiple layers of voice bots before you reach a human.

First I was surprised the worker was a woman! My bad!! She call exactly on time. Had a bit of trouble finding my place but once she started she was very professional! A joy to have her in my house.

The guy came over an hour late. Didnt call or anything. He seemed to assemble it to function but didnt follow the directions and had leftover screws. He also left a big mess with the foam that was inside the packaging.

awesome experience using Angi for first time. the guy was sweet, honest n mcaring. i am 70y/o woman who is crippled n he did all himself, even cleaning up. ty soooo much for a wonderful n memorable experience.

We got a bed frame and he finished the service in 3hours, he also unboxed and placed our mattresses into the frame when that part wasn’t included in the order so he didn’t have to do that, but it was very much appreciated!

service worker was promptly on time and began right away, unfortunately the wrong parts were sent and the job could not be completed, it was no fault of this service. will use again
