I was only given the service provider after the time was delivered to the wrong address. Now I am paying for service that I never received and I couldn’t cancel- thought Walmart would cancel knowing they sent my package to the wrong address.

I LIKED USING ANGI TO ASSEMBLE MY BOX SPRING BECAUSE THE SERVICEMAN CAME ON TIME AND IN LITTLE TO NO TIME, THE BOX SPRING WAS ASSEMBLED......HE EVEN OPENED THE MATTRESS , PLACED ATOP THE BOX SPRING.....VERY PLEASED!!

Luis Baquero and his assitance were excellent. They not only assembled my bed and assured it was working perfectly. They also installed the mattress and helped me with the emptied boxes.

I read how long it took some purchasers and that it needed two people. So I checked Angi for an expert. The Angi expert put the bed together, alone, within thirty minutes and the bed is sturdy. I would recommend paying extra for the Angi Pro.

where is my refund because no one came and put my bed together? i have been waiting for my refund for months. do not purchase this assembly because they dont show up!!!!! and walmart needs to give me my noney back!

The person who came (Raul) was nice and very efficient. He really knows his job, he was very organized and finished quickly, and took care of the box in which the bed came.

It is very difficult to reach this company. I booked them online with the bed purchase. I cancelled the bed purchase and at the same time cancelled the assembly appointment before even the bed was delivered. I am still waiting for my refund.

The assembly was scheduled for a day after delivery, in the late evening. I needed the furniture assembled earlier. I therefore had to cancel the service and assemble myself. Couldn’t receive a refund for the cancellation.

service worker was promptly on time and began right away, unfortunately the wrong parts were sent and the job could not be completed, it was no fault of this service. will use again
