Our bed assembly handy person appointment was canceled by Angie through Walmart at the absolute last minute! This was a huge inconvenience since I had blocked off my entire day for this appointment. Customers should be given a choice of timing which we were not, and then Angie rescheduled this appointment without consulting us whether the new rescheduling would suit our schedule or not. Due to all this inconsideration we had to cancel the handy person appointment. Angie needs to do a much better job re customers to have direct contact numbers for handy persons so customers can text or call the Angie Service provider since sometimes especially for elderly people it’s difficult to access websites for cancellation.

I put my on bed together some person came later to my house to put my rail together no one said this I thought this was so misleading I thought its down and sent to me already together such a miscommunication $72 charged for something more simple then I thought highway robbery

The "Angi professionals" actually broke my bed when trying to assemble. It was an adjustable bed. Good thing I was able to return the bed, get a refund, and re-order the bed. Still working with Angi to have different contractors to come out to assemble my new bed in 3 weeks. Until I'm sleeping on my new mattress on the floor because my old mattress and box springs was in the garage bin. Plus, the Angi professionals took my old bed frame. I told them it was okay BEFORE they broke my new bed.

I’ve decided I will never pay for an assembler to come over again! I believe that if I’m expecting an order, the assembler should be available the same day or the next—not leave me waiting 3 to 4 days to set it up. That really upset me because I already had to wait for the product itself, and then I had to wait even longer for someone to put it together. No Thank you

My Angi pro Frank was kind and very passionate about his work. He was punctual, removed his shoes before coming in the house, and even took the box to the dumpster once he finished assembling my daughter's bed frame. I'm satisfied with the service Angi provided, and will definitely request Frank again whenever I need furniture assembled.

Fifteen minutes before the assembly appointment, which I had booked two weeks in advance, I got an email that they had cancelled the appointment, and were rescheduling for Monday afternoon at 2. Aside from the fact that that is a school/work day, and a lot of normal people are otherwise engaged, I don't trust them to show up on Monday, either. And fifteen minutes is NO kind of advance notice, it is simply RUDE. So I went elsewhere and found someone else to do the assembly. And I don't trust the Angi line of rubbish to ever hire them for anything again. They may or may not show up.

My pro never showed, when asked for a refund instead of rescheduling (only day I had available) I went through three different people and they were rude and unprofessional. This was a headache of a process. Finally, I was told I would get a full refund… I have yet to receive one. Take my advice put the bed together yourself…. It looks overwhelming, but watch the YouTube video, it’s pretty easy. Do not use Angi, save your money, and yourself a unnecessary headache.

Difficult to coordinate and get support since Angi is not integrated with Walmart. Service person never showed and I think I will still be charged. Terrible experience. I will never order anything from Walmart again that requires help with setup or installation.

Third times a charm?? That’s how many times it takes for Angie list to send out someone who can assemble a bedframe 3× one time the person didn’t show up at all second time the handyman chose not to put it together the third time the handyman or person put it together easily and was done quickly But quite a problem

Jim was amazing. He was quick, friendly and respectful. Was a little nervous about having someone come to put together the bed frame I purchased, and was very relieved with how things went. If I ever have to use this service again I really hope that I either get Jim again. Definitely worth the piece of mind that your furniture was put together correctly.
