It was supposed to be a Full, didn't fit. guy could've get it together. Don't buy it. i have to use the old box spring.

Wheels came off and I called the toll free number and I never got the wheels fixed and I'm not able to return nor get a refund. DO NOT BUY!

To start, he was on time. He got right to work and within a short time my bed frame was together and he went above and beyond and opened my mattress and set it on my frame! Excellent service, polite and fast.

This bed had a lot of piece and parts and instructions. I am so glad this installation service was available. It is a an awesome piece for my teen son. the service tech was extra patient and extra kind an asset to the company.
