I tend to be very frugal and buy off-brand/cheapest for most things but this cereal is one of the few things where I'll always buy the brand name. Consistent quality and ALWAYS excellent flavor. I like mixing my Kellogg's Special K Original Breakfast Cereal with white choco granola cereal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Special K products, but I tend to get the ones with strawberries or almonds, so trying Original for the first time was a treat. I added vanilla milk and bananas and it was great - I got to dictate the flavor I wanted - but I can understand that it might not be perfect for everyone because it is very plain. Still, the Special K quality is definitely there. 4 stars because it just needed extra to reach its full potential.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly had not eaten Special K since I was a kid, so when I received this box of cereal, I was curious whether it was still delicious. Well, curious no more: it's so tasty! Really crunchy (as long as you eat it fast), and light, and tasty. Simple and good. I also made Special K bars (like scotcheroos, but with Special K) out of them, and OH MY GOODNESS they're so good. I don't have much to say about Special K that's mind-blowing, but it's a classic cereal, and classically delicious, and you should buy some to remember how good it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received Kellogg's Special K Original Breakfast Cereal, I thought it was going to be extremely bland. However, the taste is great and this is one of my new favorites! This cereal is also a great option for vegans, because it supplements many of the vitamins that I'm sometimes missing from my diet.

I have noticed over the last year that original Special K cereal contains extremely hard bits. This has seemingly become a common theme of feedback from what I am reading. Eating the cereal is quite difficult as you need to use an abundance of caution with each chew. Kelloggs, please seriously consider a quality review of your product and adjust the manufacturing process where needed. Very unfortunately, I will likely need to find an alternative product as eating Special K has become unpleasant.

It seems every now and then I get a box with hard roynd clear bits in it. Happened another time to me i. A different box a couple months ago. Biting down on these bits is painful and fromnother reviews, can lead to tooth damage. Thankfully this hasnt happened to me. Its a shame as i love special K otherwise but they have some sort of QC problem.

I love having a bowl with almond milk, and adding fresh berries. The taste is classic and delicious, and makes a great base for any additions!

I’ve eaten this cereal for years and have never encountered the rock-like bits that I have this morning. It’s a new box, just opened, and these bits could break a tooth! Whatever they’ve done to change it, I won’t be eating it any longer. So disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to receive this from Bzzagent. Kellogg's Special K is a healthy option for the most important meal of the day. It's not sugary which I love and you can add fresh fruit or pair it with yogurt. Would highly recommend.

I have been eating the Special K with Red Berries for a LONG time. I really loved the rice flavored flakes, but over the years I have noticed that the ratio of rice to wheat has dramatically shifted to the point where the only flavor left is wheat. If you like wheat flakes, you will probably enjoy this cereal. But if you are like me and want a rice cereal, skip it. It tastes disgusting.
