Brisket is a large cut of beef for little money it feeds alot of people

Fat, more than half of it was nothing but fat

Very good brisket. We actually trimmed it upgood, cut into 4 pieces and slow cookedit in two big crock pots. It turned out juicy and wonderful!!!
