The meat was fresh, tasted excellent

Excellent price for the quality of meat!

It was great for the most part but some of the heavier one had more fat.

We are planning to have it for Christmas.

Awesome and hard to find that grade in a brisket anywhere, but you had it.

More fat than usual smoking now cannot answer the taste

Great. Plan to eat on new years. Cant wait to have it.

A great price, beautiful piece of beef, well packaged and super tasty.

It is a good deal and great for either a family gathering or social event.
