A good chunk of beef that was close to fat free on one side, I felt the price per pound was excellent.

I will only buy this brisket for my smoker. I have tried meats from other stores and have found this to be the best value and quality.

price has dropped since my last visit which had me change my mind about buying brisket this time. Usually meet prices are too high for this area for unknown reasons.

Smoked this brisket on a pellet grill and the taste was delicious but I couldn’t eat it because it was 80% fat. I will be taking my receipt to the store to get a refund. Too bad but there needs to be more meat on this to be worth the price.

It says that the briskets are 12 to 22 pounds, I asked for one around 15 pounds. When I got it I wasn't happy, I was handed two briskets. One was under 7 pounds and then other was just over 7 pounds. This isn't what I asked for.
