The quality was below what I expected. I ordered the brisket and received it in the parking lot. It was very fatty and miss shaped!

I carried this out the door in a plastic bag furnished at the meat counter. Of course i got stopped at the and had to get the darn thing scanned.

I received brisket pack, there was no more than 10% of meat in whole brisket. Very bad purchase I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it.

Smoking is the only way to make a brisket. 180 for the first 6-7hours, bump to 200 until brisket hits 170, wrap in butcher paper and pull at 203 internal/probe tender. Cook it fat cap up!

I thought this was a good price for a brisket, but then I realized it was 70% fat so I cooked up as a terrible brisket $90 mistake. I recouped a little by making dog food. I cut off most of the fat, and there was a little meat left heavy marbled.
