I do not eat pizza very often but since I discovered the Members Mark pizza, I swear I could eat it every day!

Terrible..arrived cold and burnt! Waste of money!

This pizza is ok but not great. The first problem I had was that there was several pieces of gristly ham or bacon that were inedible and that I had to remove. Secondly, I think all the pizzas need an extra minute or two of oven time in order to be cooked fully. The crust never looks browned enough to me. I cook them more at home and that helps.

I preordered 7 pizzas for a class party and book the slot for 12-1pm. Just 1 hr before the party , i received a notification saying that they cancelled my order because they flagged it ! I called the customer service and she says they cancelled because of the availability, and asked me to reorder. Ridiculous because i had to take the stress of ordering again from another store and i think i will never choose Sams again ! Heres the exact message “ We're sorry, we had to cancel your pickup order because it was flagged by our policy review team. Any temporary hold on your card should be removed within 10 business days. Please contact your bank with questions. We recommend checking your payment info before placing your order again. View the cancellation overview or reorder items in your order details.”

Ordered delivery of 4 pizzas for a party. Only two showed up (after already giving the delivery guy a $10 tip when purchasing) I called and they said all they could do was give me a refund. During the party I had to go to the Sam’s Club and stand in the line, and wait for them to be made and cooked to order the other two pizzas. Very frustrating.

Ordered pizzas 2 days early for delivery along with other things. The pizzas got cancelled last minute. Why? - Driver said there weren't any. - Called Sam's Club's useless AI bot then talked to a person who said that the store wouldn't answer her call. - Called the store and they said that the Spark drivers won't go to the cafe and don't like waiting for the pizzas. Can't even file a written complaint that would get escalated to management so that this has a chance to get fixed, all I can do is chat with the AI bot. So, ignore the signs you see in the store to order pizza for delivery, it won't come. They should fix this problem or stop allowing cafe items to be ordered for delivery.

I took a chance and ordered this pizza yesterday because I saw it was affordable. The delivery was fast and the presentation was great but it lacked flavor. My kids and I were so disappointed because we were hearing good things about Sam’s pizza. My kids said “ Mom don’t order it this pizza again “.

Awful delivery! Ordered 6 pizzas to be delivered!! There was a 2 hr window for delivery...pizzas arrived 30 minutes after the 2 hr delivery window and pizzas were cold and stale! Come to find out the pizzas came out of the oven 30 minutes after the order was made and arrived 2hrs after they had been cooked! I would not recommend using the "hot and fresh" delivery service! Next time...if there is a next time...I will go to the store and order them and take them home with me! Extremely disappointed and annoyed! That's a lot of money wasted!

Getting pizza at Sam’s has always been a treat until this week. I was so excited my husband was bringing home a pizza from Sam’s after doing some shopping. We could tell right away when we opened the box that the pizza was not the same. The crust was thin hard and fluffy and soft like normal and I’m not sure if they have changed the sauce or just not enough sauce but it definitely tasted different.

Very good tasting pizza. Can compete with pizza chains.
