Not easy when we need to order on a phone. Do not have a staff person to ask questions. Pizza not as ordered. Quality much less than when ordered in person. Bring back the cash/credit Cafe so we can get what we want!

the pizzas are great but hate to wait in long line. Please bring back the pizzas that we can bake at home. they were very convenient and can prepare whenever or store in refrigerator for next day.

they are always out of stock online if they didnt want people ordering online then why offer it? all the stores in san antonio tx have this item as out of stock yet u can still go to the store a get one

I was at Sam's club today August 6, 2025 purchased a hot dog combo and a slice of pizza . That was the worst pizza I have eaten, it didn’t use to be like this. Is this a new distributor sending in there pizza crust. Terrible

The 4 meat pizza we purchased today had way to much pizza sauce it was definitely an extreme amount of sauce we could not eat it due to the overwhelming amount of pizza sauce

I bought this yesterday May 10 th 2025 by the time I got it …it was oldish,,, because it was late and probably sit around your store til the delivery person got it to deliver to me ,,,also with pizza delivery costing an extra $8.00 it should be treated like anyother pizza delivery with a knock on the door not left on a porch to sit for God knows how long it wasn’t a good pizza day for me and my family but the pizzas were large Thank you

Their pizza is more like New York white pizza with almost no sauce. The toppings on their deluxe pizza have a fresh crispness and not mushy. Two issues with the pizza are no tomato sauce or a very little tomato sauce and the deluxe pizza is very rarely in stock in the cafe.

The pizzas are great with a great price!!! I actually hate that they removed them from the cooler in the store boxed up. I asked them if I can buy whole pizza uncooked. I was told,NO! I just you can buy them uncooked in box like I use to it was ideal to have in the freezer for unexpected grand kids visit

Where did ur guys's pizza's go. When i why did u get rid of the good pizza's. Like the loaded bacon. Acually the only pizza u had that I could eat. The 4 meat was to acidic for me same for pepperoni and the cheese pizza I saw. The cheese was burnt enough. I thought I was looking at an ultimate bacon pizza.

I want to second the statement. Please hire more staff for the cafe (Newington, CT location). Every time we go the line is nearly to the door. We stopped going to the cafe due to the long line and wait time. The poor workers are doing their best but there are just too many orders. Other than that, honest review of the pizza. It is decent. The crust is good but very greasy cheese and my stomach can't handle it. Would be nice if there were a fresh mozzarella option as my stomach handles it much better and I'd be willing to pay an upcharge if needed.
