Ordered delivery of 4 pizzas for a party. Only two showed up (after already giving the delivery guy a $10 tip when purchasing) I called and they said all they could do was give me a refund. During the party I had to go to the Sam’s Club and stand in the line, and wait for them to be made and cooked to order the other two pizzas. Very frustrating.

the dough didn't seem like it was cooked right and still uncooked, no tastiness. I suggest Sam's Club to throw away the current receipe and work with human chefs in automation of the new version (and have a veggie version, and a meat version which don't contain pork). not buying again and not recommended.

Do not get delivery if you have a car to pick up instead ! The quality of the pizza was awful dry and cold and we only live at the most 15 minutes from the store ! If I had a car I would have went in and got it myself but we don’t so I figured I’d try delivery! DONT it’s not as good at all! I got 2 four meat pies the meat was dried out and the cheese looked like it was out on a shelf for hours and dried up, not juicy at all! And we got 2 cheese pizzas cold and real dry! Even the crust on both pies that we always liked was bad ! Won’t delivery again!

Extremely disappointed with the Sam's Cub (Palmdale) ordering system especially in regards when I had ordered their Member's Mark 16" hot baked cafe pizza the day before. I had planned and ordered the pizza for dinner and had ordered items (beer, milk, et al) in support for the planned dinner ($199.31). At the very last moment they had notified me that the pizza is unavailable and they are sorry? My time is now 5:29 p.m. and dinner is now a total disaster! Very unhappy camper! Not a way of doing future business. If I had known all of this, I would have canceled the whole order!!!

If you pick it up in store and bring it straight home it's great pizza. If you get delivery you're getting a cold pizza even if they bring it straight from the store. I don't know how long these sit before they get picked up, but it's very clear that Sam's club puts no effort into keeping your food warm when you order delivery. I imagine it just sits there on a shelf with the rest of your order instead of in an insulated bag. I sure haven't seen the driver pull it out of a bag yet. Sam's club needs to put in more effort if they're only going to make these pizzas available through the cafe instead of the old take and bake.

Love their pizza and so reasonably priced. We can go there for lunch for $4.00! Or buy a whole pizza for later for less than $10

It was nice to pick up a pizza quickly, but the quality was not there. I think I’ve been sitting in the warmer for quite some time.

No appeal to dive into it to eat. It’s a FLAT pizza that looks like it was over baked and ABSOLUTELY NOT FRESH looking. It looked like it was sitting somewhere for 3 days.

I prefer meat pizza and you have to eat it as soon as the parking lot at most. It’s delish though OR PUT IN AIR FRYER slice by slice when you get home ITS AWSOME! This is my reason for minus two stars. My husband and I eat and enjoy fresh pizza but the family can’t. When it cools it gets hard.

We placed a large order for my son's birthday party and they had all the pizza ready on time. we ordered cheese, pepperoni and 3-meat. It was delicious and everybody was asking where it was from. we opted to pick up but there is an option for delivery.
