You take away the frozen and bake at home and now can only order inside. I was expecting a "hot" pizza but nope, just a luke warm pizza. More like just prewarmed from yesterday. Anyone who knows pizza loves to see glistening melting cheese stretch with each bite and perfectly cooked ingredients. Won't be ordering anymore. Will have to air fry 5 mins to get it back to being better than just disappointing but that's not saying much. I will buy from your competitors. Sams had a good thing, but not anymore.

Last week I bought a pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever bought at Sam's Ocala. Very little sauce, one small piece of pepperoni per slice, very little sausage. Dry and dreadful. Sam has cured me of eating another pizza. Sam price less ingredients.

This was our first time ordering a pizza from curbside. when did you guys change the pizza? It's been years since we had the pizza, and it wasn't as great as i remembered! They handed me the pizza, and I expected it to be warm if not hot and it was cold. Nasty!! Anyway, I asked the employee if the pizzas were suppose to be hot and he felt the box and said that was about the right temp. Then he said it was really busy at the cafe today.. I'm not sure what that meant.. but anyway, i will never get another pizza again.

Hands down worst Sam's experience I've ever had. I placed an online order for pizza, salad kits, plates, and veggies two days before my son's second birthday party, I scheduled the delivery time from 10am to 12am. Upon checking my email for an update at 10ish, I noticed I had an email saying the pizza order was canceled and within 10 minutes the delivery driver was at my home. When I asked why the pizzas were canceled, I was told they would take a hour. Okay, that's fine I'm not seeing the problem… because had he waited he would have still been within the scheduled delivery time! Let's get down to the nitty gritty here, your driver wanted the custom tip which was over 20% of the entire order just to make a quick delivery! Your establishment should be ashamed! Not to mention I still haven't been reimbursed my money for the pizza! But hey Papa John's for the win today!

These used to be fantastic, made fresh when you order and always great, not anymore it seems. My most recent order I waited 10 minutes while the app showed as preparing it fresh only to be given a room temperature pizza that was minutes away from the expiration time written on the box from the heated storage they store to pick up and go orders in.

Pizza was very good and family enjoyed all three flavors. However, the delivery was poor. It was left on our doorstep with no knock or doorbell or text message. We had 3 pizzas, a chocolate cake and veggie tray sitting out in the cold. Our order included a tip too.

the pizza did have a good flavor to the sauce and it did have a lot of cheese. the reason I gave it a three-star review was because I didn't get the pizza I ordered. the workers had mislabeled the box and we wound up with a cheese pizza instead of the four meat pizza. plus by the time I delivery came the pizza was cold which I kind of expected that but I did expect at least get the right pizza that I ordered

I've tried both the cheese and pepperoni pizzas, and they are very good. They bake the pizza on site, so it comes hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings and great flavor. The crust isn't that great, but honestly, it doesn't really matter — the pizza is well topped, very tasty, and satisfying, and that's what counts. Also, the staff there is very attentive and friendly, which makes the experience even better.

horrible, unless you like to drink grease. when i got my piece and sat down, i held it up to ket the grease pour off. finally went and got a huge pile of napkins and set out to degrease it so it was edible. When i thiught i wasdone, then i realized the underside had just as muchgrease, and set out to degrease that.

Awful delivery! Ordered 6 pizzas to be delivered!! There was a 2 hr window for delivery...pizzas arrived 30 minutes after the 2 hr delivery window and pizzas were cold and stale! Come to find out the pizzas came out of the oven 30 minutes after the order was made and arrived 2hrs after they had been cooked! I would not recommend using the "hot and fresh" delivery service! Next time...if there is a next time...I will go to the store and order them and take them home with me! Extremely disappointed and annoyed! That's a lot of money wasted!
