Pizza arrived damaged. The cheese slid from the center to the edges of the crust. It was lukewarm, and the oil had soaked through the box. As others have noted, the center crust didn't seem fully cooked. I like the idea of hot pizza delivered at this price, but the reality was disappointing.

Finishing up shopping I ordered 2 pizzas on the app and then about 15 min later I waited another 10ish minutes by the soda machine. Then realizing the signs have been moved and maybe i needed to get into the app pick up line. Waited another 10 min. The cashier went to go check and my pizzas and they hadn't even been made! My husband went out and put all the groceries in the van and then came back and he waited another 10 min. 45 minutes to get pizza.

Recently had a birthday party for about 25-30 people (kids and adults). We ordered 6 of these and sliced them into 16 pieces per box and we had PLENTY to stretch. Many people were also surprised to find out that the pizza from Sam’s club was so good. Much cheaper & bigger option than buying from your major chains. I ordered ahead of time that same day and it was ready for pickup by the time I needed. Would highly recommend!

The pizza was great! Tasty and hot! The communication was awful! I received a text and email half an hour before the pizza was to be picked up saying my pizza was ready and needed to be picked up. I ordered the pizza for 11am. Why would I want to pick it up at 10:30am? The messages were not correct. My pizzas were not ready. The store personnel did not know why these messages were sent. Obviously, something did not work correctly. The pizza was an A+. The messages were a D.

We have loved the Members mark pizza’s since they changed the crust many years ago. You can NOT beat the price and we always get the 4 meat. I do wish they had the supremes like they used to but I thought I read an article that they are having them in take in bake. But don’t quote me on it. It literally isn’t the same as them being baked in their oven. But I get the cost and quickness they need to have to streamline it. We were BOYOND excited to be able to order now with my pick up!! We would have gotten it more, if we could have done it that way before because u can’t beat the taste and price! Good job, Sam’s for doing this!! I have mobility issues and a lot of times it’s the last thing I want to do, after driving an hour and doing errands; is go in and order a pizza. I have done it and it’s fast…takes about 8 min. But I have already used the service more than we have in the last month than we literally ever have! And bonus..if u forget or didn’t think the day before and ordered one for pick up.. you just go into the store they have nice hot pizza’s in a thermo oven thingy right by there and can grab one hot! How sweet is that?! I do like to go in to pick up my grapes ( I only will eat them if they are very crunchy & have had wayyy too much waste on picking them up and I have to throw them in the garbage) I love them to crunch!! 😋 And some other bakery items that say not in stock BUT everytime have been in the store, they are there. I get it….they want u in the store to maybe impulse buy BUT with us I usually don’t and know what I want and do the scan and go & out the door! (This is someone who had to have them help me 3 times to figure out how to do it) I was beyond proud of myself and did it all BYSELF this last time!!! Not tech savvy. LOVE IT NOW THAT I GOT THE HANG OF IT!! I just worry I might miss something, so it wouldn’t be good if I had big orders like I do online for pickup but works perfectly for the small amount I need to get inside. I read some reviews that their pizza wasn’t good..guessing it might have sat too long in the thermo thingy?! I’m kinda picky and it’s been all good! I would just get a system if someone has a pick up get a fresh that just came out and take one from the thermo and sell it by the slice?! Maybe they can’t do that?! Usually, we all have a drive home…like me it’s a hour. I’m picky with pizza but they just make it like I love it!! Crust is delish..and the 4 meats are delish. I’m picky about my meat also. We use an air fryer and amazing!! WAY TO GO!!! Keep up the good work. 😊

Was so excited that I could include Sam’s delicious pizza with my curbside pickup!! The associate delivered my curbside items then went back in for my pizza and it was delivered to me like they had just pulled it out of the oven! Couldn’t even wait till I got home to enjoy a slice!!

I preordered 7 pizzas for a class party and book the slot for 12-1pm. Just 1 hr before the party , i received a notification saying that they cancelled my order because they flagged it ! I called the customer service and she says they cancelled because of the availability, and asked me to reorder. Ridiculous because i had to take the stress of ordering again from another store and i think i will never choose Sams again ! Heres the exact message “ We're sorry, we had to cancel your pickup order because it was flagged by our policy review team. Any temporary hold on your card should be removed within 10 business days. Please contact your bank with questions. We recommend checking your payment info before placing your order again. View the cancellation overview or reorder items in your order details.”

When I seen I could get this added to my pickup order I was a lil scared I would get a bad old pizza but I was so wrong. They brought my order with a very hot, very fresh pizza.. I moved my van to end of parking lot and tore into pizza.. the taste was OMG. I got the meat so it was loaded with it and the crust wasn't wasted. Me and my GF eat ½ of the pizza before leaving parking lot, finished when got home.

It was nice to be able to pull out 2 pizzas from the warmer to quickly have a dinner option available. The pizzas were warm and a bit stale. The process time was 1:30 on the stickers and I purchased them at 4:00. Would it be possible to have fresher pizzas in the warmer, because my family loves Sam's pizza and I love to be able to pick it up while I'm shopping.

Delicious pizza! What a great deal this is! I’m so happy I can get my favorite pizza delivered with my groceries now! I wish they would include the Margarita pizza too. The pizza is never left over. It’s a great thin crust and always delivered fresh. Very happy!
