Last time I got this, I got completely sick after eating it. Seems to taste OK, but it was a little cold and hard when I got it from grocery pick up delivered out to the car with everything else.. to confirm, I even saved more for later like an idiot stuck it in the freezer portioned out each time I ate it. I got sick again. I did it four times. Yes, I’m stupid but to it made me sick.

I've tried to get this pizza delivered so many times and nearly every single time it is cancelled after I've already tipped the driver. The one time I've tried to pick it up, I had to wait an extra 40 minutes AFTER the original pick up time. If you need pizza for an event, I would highly recommend not relying on Sam's for it.

It would be nice if the pizza was actually hot like the red label warns. The cheese had already solidified and the pizza was not hot in the least. I drove straight home and I have picked the pizza up before and it was still piping hot once I got home. Not today. I received a notice at 1:45 PM that my "order" was ready for my 2-3 pm pick-up. I arrived for pick-up at 2:20 pm and checked-in promptly. I think this pizza was actually ready at the 1:45 pm as they stated. I did not order anything else but the one pizza.

This is our new go to for an inexpensive and delicious meal! We have 6 kids so even fast food is expensive. We can grab one of these pizzas and some hot dogs for under $20 and all are fed!! Plus, the new order ahead system is fantastic and it comes out so fast!!

Sam's pizza used to be a favorite of ours, especially considering the price and convenience, but something has changed. I think o noticed it about the time the cafe went to app only ordering. It's just not the same. The taste is different and it often lacks enough sauce and cheese. I am not sure if it's shrinkflation or what, but I miss the old pizza. I think picking something up out of the freezer section would be preferable to the cafe pizza considering its current quality and inconsistency. I am giving it two stars, because it is edible, but that is about it.

I was having my groceries delivered so delayed my delivery time until noon to insure the pizza would be hot and freshly cooked, but what they sent had not seen the inside of an oven in DAYS. It looked and smelled so rank that the idea of tasting it never crossed my mind and i had to double bag it before throwing it in the trash. I just hope that whichever landfill it ended up in doesn't have rats...for their sake ...

Ordered delivery of 4 pizzas for a party. Only two showed up (after already giving the delivery guy a $10 tip when purchasing) I called and they said all they could do was give me a refund. During the party I had to go to the Sam's Club and stand in the line, and wait for them to be made and cooked to order the other two pizzas. Very frustrating.

I'm not trying to be negative because this is affordable and easy to get in a quick. however, this pizza is really not that great lol. like I said I'm sure a child would really enjoy it but I'm not going to go as far as saying it is hands down the best pizza ever! but definitely not bad for the price.

These pizzas are great and the price is great. They have a lot of ingredient on them and the crust is not over cooked. Glad to have found these at Sams and agreat for dinner when you dont have time to cook. They are cooked fresh so they are hot and ready Plus the ladies at the counter are always wonderful shout out to those ladies to. thanks

I really enjoy the pizza, and the prices are great! I do have one suggestion regarding delivery safety. For added peace of mind, it would be helpful if the pizza boxes were sealed completely with tape during delivery. Since customers don't know who may be handling the food along the way, sealed packaging would help ensure that the box hasn't been opened before it arrives. I'm not suggesting that anything inappropriate has happened — this is simply a general safety recommendation that could benefit everyone. Thank you for considering it!
