Extremely disappointed with the Sam's Cub (Palmdale) ordering system especially in regards when I had ordered their Member's Mark 16" hot baked cafe pizza the day before. I had planned and ordered the pizza for dinner and had ordered items (beer, milk, et al) in support for the planned dinner ($199.31). At the very last moment they had notified me that the pizza is unavailable and they are sorry? My time is now 5:29 p.m. and dinner is now a total disaster! Very unhappy camper! Not a way of doing future business. If I had known all of this, I would have canceled the whole order!!!

I read the reviews first and they were good and bad so we ordered 1 to try. The cashier tried to send me to their hot box but if I wanted a pizza from a warmer I would have went to little Caesars. You don't know how long they have been there. I told her I wanted one freshly made. It took about 10 minutes but I watched it go in the oven and out. I live 45 minutes away but it was still hot when we got it home. It was a really good pizza but I should have bought 2. Teenagers can walk through pizza fast. We got a 4 meat pizza, it had ample toppings, and I couldn't find anything to complain about. I have bought several more since the first trial pizza, each as good as the first. I had 1 piece leftover so I wrapped it up in a paper towel and put it in the fridge to try the next day. I warmed it up in the microwave and it was just as good. It has become my "I'm not cooking tonight" go to.!

They changed their recipe and quality. Which was not a good idea. plus when we received our pizza it was undercooked, and made a couple individuals at our gathering sick. This pizza used to be the best by far. For value, taste, and quality. Now it's a far cry from that unfortunately. They need to go back to the old recipe and quality before.

I like this pizza but wish you could customise..more cheese, pizza sauce, green peppers, mushrooms..

The Pizza is very dry. The crust not as before, l its thin and hard . Not many choices and not as good as before. Save your money go somewhere else.

The last 3 times we tried to order pizza they yelled at us they had no pizza. Love the pie, hate the staff

By far the best pizza! Always fresh and hot. Definetely worth the price. Enough left over for leftovers.

Deluxe pizza was literally main reason why we become a sam's club member, and we are very upset thats not an option anymore!

I ordered 150 dollar order. The driver didn't speak english, but told my wife she canceled the pizza because she didn't want to wait.

Bought the 4 meat. Very little meat and the crust was not cooked all the way through. Will not buy another.
