The quality of the "fresh" pizza is declining. I get one to go every now and then and the past 3 have been inedible. The crust tastes like cardboard and the rest is just as bland. This used to be one of our favorite treats.

Have utilized for several large gatherings, never had any issues, appreciate being to pre-order %26 schedule pick-up. Employee's always pleasant, helpful %26 friendly. All-around great experience, great price %26 pizza taste's good too!

I thought ordering pizza at curbside was a risk because of timing but I picked up the pizza and it was still piping hot. I even had a little wait in the queue and I was nervous but ended up very impressed with the process.

I was very disappointed in my pizza. There was not very much sauce on it and the meat topping were about half the amount that I had received on the other pizza I had purchased.

Ordered 2 cheese pizzas for 4th of July party. I walked in and the pizzas were in the warmer ready to go. They were hot and ready. The family enjoyed them and there was no pizza left! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a quick dinner!

It always depends on which club you get this from because it varies but the Springdale Sam’s Club has a very good consistency with the for meat pizza being a premium product.

Everyone loved the pizzas but the issue i had was that the pizza was poorly sliced. Luckily i had brought a pizza slicer with me but i stood there for 20 minutes slicing all the pizza instead of enjoying my granddaughters birthday party

Ordered a 16 inch pizza at 5:30pm and stated that I would pick it up between 6 and 6:30 pm. Arrived tgere was no order put in. Staff threw the pizza in the oven , 5 minutes later was given a raw pizza. Need to do better. I would've rated it with 1, but the young gentleman was very polite

I never knew that I could get my Cafe Order with a PickUp order. Nice. I prefer the Highway 64 location in Memphis area because they usually have items available on the app. At Covington Pike, it's off on everything most of the time and there's a long line waiting. Hire more people, Sam's; the demands are definitely there to cover the cost. Customers are happier and may even shop longer.

I read the reviews first and they were good and bad so we ordered 1 to try. The cashier tried to send me to their hot box but if I wanted a pizza from a warmer I would have went to little Caesars. You don't know how long they have been there. I told her I wanted one freshly made. It took about 10 minutes but I watched it go in the oven and out. I live 45 minutes away but it was still hot when we got it home. It was a really good pizza but I should have bought 2. Teenagers can walk through pizza fast. We got a 4 meat pizza, it had ample toppings, and I couldn't find anything to complain about. I have bought several more since the first trial pizza, each as good as the first. I had 1 piece leftover so I wrapped it up in a paper towel and put it in the fridge to try the next day. I warmed it up in the microwave and it was just as good. It has become my "I'm not cooking tonight" go to.!
