Why, Sam's, why? Why did you change the supplier? Until a couple months ago, this was hands down the best pizza around, at any price. Now it's just average. The sauce is meh, the crust is thinner and always wet on the bottom. Used to be a weekly treat, but won't be buying it again.

I read the reviews first and they were good and bad so we ordered 1 to try. The cashier tried to send me to their hot box but if I wanted a pizza from a warmer I would have went to little Caesars. You don't know how long they have been there. I told her I wanted one freshly made. It took about 10 minutes but I watched it go in the oven and out. I live 45 minutes away but it was still hot when we got it home. It was a really good pizza but I should have bought 2. Teenagers can walk through pizza fast. We got a 4 meat pizza, it had ample toppings, and I couldn't find anything to complain about. I have bought several more since the first trial pizza, each as good as the first. I had 1 piece leftover so I wrapped it up in a paper towel and put it in the fridge to try the next day. I warmed it up in the microwave and it was just as good. It has become my "I'm not cooking tonight" go to.!

We ordered a cheese pizza using the café order option on the app. The crust,the sauce and the cheese taste much better than it did years ago. It was very cheesy, and surprisingly tasted very good. It is a very good value. It tasted better than pizzas just I have spent $25-$35 on.

Love the pizza by-the-slice, so I got a whole pizza to go. Worst decision ever. The whole pizza in the cardboard box had almost no sauce and half the cheese of the pizza slice they sell to eat at Sam's. I was so mad & embarrassed as I told my grandson he would love it. It was barely better than a frozen pizza , and NOTHING like the great pizza they sell by the slice!!!

Hands down worst Sam’s experience I’ve ever had. I placed an online order for pizza, salad kits, plates, and veggies two days before my son’s second birthday party, I scheduled the delivery time from 10am to 12am. Upon checking my email for an update at 10ish, I noticed I had an email saying the pizza order was canceled and within 10 minutes the delivery driver was at my home. When I asked why the pizzas were canceled, I was told they would take a hour. Okay, that’s fine I’m not seeing the problem… because had he waited he would have still been within the scheduled delivery time! Let’s get down to the nitty gritty here, your driver wanted the custom tip which was over 20% of the entire order just to make a quick delivery! Your establishment should be ashamed! Not to mention I still haven’t been reimbursed my money for the pizza! But hey Papa John’s for the win today!

Last week I bought a pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever bought at Sam's Ocala. Very little sauce, one small piece of pepperoni per slice, very little sausage. Dry and dreadful. Sam has cured me of eating another pizza. Sam price less ingredients.

I never knew that I could get my Cafe Order with a PickUp order. Nice. I prefer the Highway 64 location in Memphis area because they usually have items available on the app. At Covington Pike, it's off on everything most of the time and there's a long line waiting. Hire more people, Sam's; the demands are definitely there to cover the cost. Customers are happier and may even shop longer.

Sam’s pizza used to be a favorite of ours, especially considering the price and convenience, but something has changed. I think o noticed it about the time the cafe went to app only ordering. It’s just not the same. The taste is different and it often lacks enough sauce and cheese. I am not sure if it’s shrinkflation or what, but I miss the old pizza. I think picking something up out of the freezer section would be preferable to the cafe pizza considering its current quality and inconsistency. I am giving it two stars, because it is edible, but that is about it.

The Member’s Mark pepperoni pizzas are the BEST, but the line to place your order at the cafe is always sooooo long!🥴 Then, I wait again for my pizzas to cook. Ordering on my account, and though, is super-duper easy and eliminates waiting in the line. Woohoo!🤩🍕😋

I have placed two seperate delivery orders and payed a little extra for the express delivery within 3 hours, only because my orders included hot pizzas, otherwise I did not need express delivery but the issue is, the "hot pizza" was cancelled from my delivery on both orders ! So not only did I not get my expectef dinner with both orders, but I called the store and there is no refund for the express delivery payment
