I AM USING ONE STAR BECAUSE FOR SOME INSANE REASON, SAM'S ELIMINATED THEIR DELUXE VEGGIE PIZZA, WHICH I WOULD GET MULTIPLE TIMES PER WEEK, AND WOULD TAKE FULL PIZZAS TO THE OFFICE. WHY THEY WOULD ELIMINATE A HEALTHIER, POPULAR CHOICE MAKES NO SENSE.

It’s a 3 when it’s fresh, but a -2 when it’s not. Might get in the store when I can ask how long ago it came out of the oven, but won’t ever do curbside pickup again. Thin crust, decent amount of meat, sauce is meh and seems like plain tomato paste, and there’s not enough cheese.

I ordered 4 pizzas for curbside. They were ready when I arrived. However instead of getting my order right, they just gave me all pepperoni. I didn't realize it until our party had already started and I had several very disappointed kids. There wasn't anything I could do at that point.

The pizza changed a lot. I used to like the thick toppings with more sauce & was much heavier. It's still ok and decent for the price but rather they changed the price not the product so extensively. I get sick of products changing constantly. Like large corps want to force you to buy what you don't want. Sometimes I wonder if they do because so many will just throw it away and buy something else. Win win for them if you purchase twice instead of once maybe? Who knows? What a waste. I think the meaty version used to be about twice as heavy I believe going by feel.

I was there this morning I ordered my 3 Pizza's & 2 hot dogs combo when I first walked in went and did my shopping went to food court about 20 minutes later had to still wait another 15 minutes and none of the drink station were working, worker was rude about me paying for drinks and no drinks available saying we didn't charge you for drinks, ahh yes you did .

We as a family , enjoy Sam's pizzas. The people who work there are very helpful and kind.
