These are great. I'm always surprised they're made with egg whites because they're just so good. Then I remember the buttery crust, cheese, and bacon. Yep. That tracks.

These are reliably good, a good choice for a quick meal when you've run out of ideas, forgot to take something out of the freezer, or are just too tired to cook. Ready from frozen in 35-40 min. Just wish they carried them in my local club.

I like having these two quiche on hand for a quick lunch or supper. They are very tasty. Some have complained that they are two "thin", but for us, they are just right.
