The best part is the price and it is made with egg whites. You can heat up, add a salad and vegetable for a great lunch. The quiche is a little bland for my taste. I was feeling lazy and did not want to make my own quiche. I like mine a bit thicker and flavorful. If you are looking for a healthy easy protein then buy it. If you are more of a home cook make your own.

Quiche Lorraine was much better than the cheddar and broccoli one. Very thin, recommended for dainty eaters or a fancy brunch event. Not recommended if your really hungry or feeding a man. Crust was good, all in all a good value. Loved that it came in ready to heat oven safe aluminum pans and with a plastic storage container for serving.
