One of the best pork chorizos available in non-specialty markets. My only concern is that each link is about 12 oz and my recipes typically call for 16 oz. Not a big deal since the entire package is 3lbs, so you just need to divvy up one of the links.

Taste great but it sure is extremely greasy!

I'm genuinely not being hyperbolic when I say this was like a meat paste, and it had so much fat and because of the paste consistency it was very hard to drain or remove the fat. It was probably my fault for buying it because it was so cheap. Sam's Club, to me, is known for very high quality stuff and I just never thought something this low quality would be allowed to be there, Parent co. Walmart yes but not here. This is a Food City or cheap Walmart product.

I haven't purchased El Mexicano pork chorizo in about three years because it wasn't good compared to our local meat market. My wife and I decided to give it another try. We forgot how bad it was. It smells bad, it's rubbery, and very chewy. That's a bad sign.

Chewy and greasy. Will not buy again. I looked at the ingredients after I tasted it: salivary glands and lymph nodes. No wonder it doesn't taste like real meat!

Has a lot of junk meat in there.. I understand chorizo in general is Not the healthiest..but this? Also the plastic they use to make the tubes of Chorizo easily tears..

I don't understand why this is here in Sam's when there's a much better quality in Caninos chorizo or even Kielbasa brand chorizo. This brand lacks quality and taste. ????????????

It's so disgusting. When you put it in the pan, it turns into something watery and greasy. I'll never buy it again. I wish Sam's had Reynaldos chorizo, it's much better than this greasy paste.

Absolute FAILURE of Chorizo. Once you open tube, it pours into pan like gravy. I added 1 lb of ground round and it still separated as mostly liquid. I drained grease with strainer and very little chorizo remained

Must have changed the recipe. Don't buy. Shrinkflation. Tons of nerve and fat. Plenty of spices. Smells good. Cooking for half hour to mix with beans. This is not the same chorizo. Fatty, knarly, nervy, and not buying this one anymore.
