I called Angi support to find out how long it takes to get a service schedule email after ordering through Sam's Club. The automated voice said my wait time is 20 to 26 minutes. It has now been 45 minutes. The automated voice also said that fastest way to get support was through live chat at support.angi.com. I typed that in and it came up Invalid URL. This is my first experience with Angi service and it is not a good experience. Very poor first impression.

The installer was very professional, arrived with all the necessary tools and was not alarmed that he would be wall mounting a 75” tv ten feet from the floor. He made sure it was perfectly level and fully functional before leaving and cleaned up nicely.

75" TV mounted on drywall. The tech arrive early and on-time. Although he did not speak English well; he did not let it interfere with communication. So, Ivan text what he wanted us to know in English; we assisted, responded, and kept working. We had to pay a little extra to use their screws and bolts which was a better choice for mounting the tv. All in all, the price paid was reasonable and worth not having to mount it myself. Iv

Mr. Maraj was my technician and he did an excellent job in installing two (2) tv mounts for my home. He arrived timely, executed the installation professionally, and even made proper modifications to ensure the TVs were displayed as I requested. I am not a handy person at all, so when I bought a TV from Walmart and was told by an associate that I could purchase a service that Walmart offers to have someone mount my new TV on a wall in my house, I was elated. I called on a Sunday, and had an appointment for the next day. The installer arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. I will use this service again. Way to go Walmart for adding this service for customers

I would use HANDY again! The guy that mounted my TV above my fireplace was on time for installation, had his tools, and made sure that he mounted the TV evenly above the fireplace. I hope HANDY continues to hire guys like the guy that installed my TV. If in doubt, please try TV MOUNTING through HANDY. They are by far cheaper than other companies that I researched. You really can't beat $79 for any size TV. I will add a photo later! Don't hesitate try this service today!

The gentlemen showed up and introduced themselves, they then went to work. The installation of my t.v. took about 20 minutes, then they helped with the first time set-up of the t.v. and VCR they made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. These gentlemen showed professional attitudes and respect towards myself I'm proud to have had the honor of meeting these gentlemen and would look forward to having them do work for me again.

I recently had my 75” tv mounted by Handy and the service was excellent. Had to reschedule several times because my tv delivery kept being delayed by another vendor and they worked with me. The technician was punctual, respectful and his work was exceptional.

I did the option to pay the $80 for somebody to come and hang my TV I get a text message the day before and they're asking for additional $50 to bring a second person or somebody to be there to help this was never said I think it's just wrong Very misleading!!!

George did a wonderful job mounting my tv on my wall!! He actually came a little earlier then our appointment time!! When he was done he cleaned up the remaining pieces that I didn’t need and put them back in the box!! And he was fast!! I’ll definitely be booking George again!! I highly recommend him!!
