We were apprehensive about using Handy but we were wrong. Our pro was great - he arrived on time, took care to determine if it was in fact masonry behind the plaster over our fireplace and did a phenomenal job. He was also nice to our elderly dog which we always appreciate!

Jose arrived punctually per schedule at 9:00 am. Took him a little over an hour to mount my 65” tv on the wall. After mounting he programmed the smart tv to allow streaming various apps. He recommended that I request for a new cable remote and also upgrade my DVD player if I wish. Jose was very polite and professional with his line of work. I’ll hire him again.

Of couse the $79.99 Sams Club and Angi price to mount a TV was too good to be true. They leave your wires hanging down the front of the wall. If you want a professional moumting, call a professionsl company and spend a few dollars more. They need to show hanging cords in their advertisement if they don't provide the service of putting them in the wall.

Ematic full motion wall mount tv bracket says ”for use on standard walls”. Didn’t work. Spacing doesn’t allow for 8 lag bolts to bolt into wall studs. Paid for a professional from Handy to come and install the bracket which couldn’t be installed due to poor bracket design. Wasn’t the professional’s fault, though. The bracket from Walmart was a piece of crap, couldn’t be installed and poor instructions. Although hiring someone who has never seen this type of bracket seems overpriced and a questionable return on investment. Took the pro 2.5 hours and still couldn’t finish the job. See attached photo for what I paid for; an in mounted TV. Waste of money.

Testing my message to review Handy the Walmart app. We used the Walmart-Handy service to mount our 50” TV above our fireplace. Luis was on time and very, very courteous. When he saw that we wanted the TV mounted above the fireplace he said usually there is no stud support there to accomodate something like our TV but he said, “Let me get my stud finder and check anyway.” He did and there were appropriately-placed supports so he was able to mount our TV. He did an EXCELLENT job!!! I had contacted an independent individual in my area through a neighborhood app and after sending him photos of the fireplace

Our installer was on time, friendly, and did a great job. It’s a big tv, 75 inch, and he measured and made sure it would be on the proper place on the wall. He even cleaned up the floor when he was finished. It was well worth the money to have a professional do this install. I highly recommend this service.

David was very pleasant and professional. I shared my thoughts on where I would like the placement of the tv and mount and he did exactly what was asked. He reassured me that everything will be taken care of. I am happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend and use Handy in the future!

I didn't got the service and the TV doesn't mounted I send text to handy app tolling them that u don't have the devise to mountain the TV, and to day I send the same text to the pro. Buddy J was the professional that came out and mounted the television on the wall. He was early to the appointment and had a great attitude. He finished the job and cleaned up afterwards.
