Our Installer showed up on time, had tools/equipment to take care of our install (we had purchased a mount previously but due to the fact that the studs were metal we didn't feel comfortable mounting). He was in and out in less than 1 hour. Didn't charge more just because the TV was big like some people do. Would reccomend.

Testing my message to review Handy the Walmart app. We used the Walmart-Handy service to mount our 50” TV above our fireplace. Luis was on time and very, very courteous. When he saw that we wanted the TV mounted above the fireplace he said usually there is no stud support there to accomodate something like our TV but he said, “Let me get my stud finder and check anyway.” He did and there were appropriately-placed supports so he was able to mount our TV. He did an EXCELLENT job!!! I had contacted an independent individual in my area through a neighborhood app and after sending him photos of the fireplace

The technician from Handy was excellent. Eddie far exceeded my expectations. Everything from installing the tv wall mounts precisely and visually in the best place on the wall to hanging and angling my new tv’s for the best possible viewing. 10 stars ⭐️ I am very pleased!

Tirard was great. He came in masked with all the tools and equipment & knowledge ready. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the tv I wanted mounted because my studs are more than 16” apart. He clearly explained why he shouldn’t and can’t mount my 58inch baby. I appreciate that he didn’t just do anything to appease me. So Tirard ended up mounting my daughter's tv that’s been on her dresser and she has planned on being mounted since last Christmas. She’s so happy. Thanks again :)

Frankie was the young man that provided me with exceptional customer care. He knew exactly what he needed to do and communicated the plan to me. I am thrilled and thankful with the results. He worked safe, kept the area clean, modified and secured the TV and observed time management. TV with the Mount is great!

so what i found out is that the companies that walmart uses to install my TV like Angies and Hellotech arnt real installation companies. they are middle companies that allow anyone to sign up as an installer the same way anyone with a car can sign up for uber..as long as you pass a background check they can start working ... this explains why the guy that came to my home was completely cluess on how to mount my tv the way i wanted it and left my tv way off level and lower than where i wanted it, i ended up having to call another company to come fix the mess the guy (ryan) left. and after speaking the the company that came out after, he gave me the inside scoop on how it all works with walmart installation services.

The TV mount installer that was sent to our home was so friendly and professional. He had trouble reaching me because my phone was on silent but he never gave up. His communication was great and he did such a fantastic job at mounting a TV in our bedroom. I will use this service again.

I just got my 65" TV installed yesterday. I say enough good thing about Gabriel. When appt was set up. I texted him to let him know the Wall is a very hard wood so maybe help with tools. He actually texted me back and Thanked me for the details, I was impressed with the quick response. He arrived right on time , I had also informed him him scheduling was important due to to Dr appts, treatments etc. He was very well prepared and organized. He did it Very Quickly but also precise due to the Wall mount was a little different and had different features. Totally figured it out and successfully installed supper secure and supper fast. He should get a Bonus. I work in intense customer service and almost never see this kind of customer service anymore. Kudos big time to Gabrial

The technician who mounted my TV was Joel Matos. He was very friendly, professional, and patient. He really took his time to make sure my tv was mounted properly. He made sure it was secured and at the height I desired. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would love to have him perform services for me in the future.

My appt. was easy to make online and my technician arrived on time.He didn't take much time at all to dismount the old TV and mount, then put up the new ones. He stayed to make sure the new TV came up and that all functions worked. I couldn't have asked for more.
