our installer, Renley was prompt courteous. he was able to set up the mount and the tv efficiently. He gave us advice on viewing angles and adjusting the mount arm. I highly recommend Renley to anyone !! wonder, hardworking person!

The installer was 30 minutes late and no courtesy call to say they were running late. Installer placed on existing wall bracket, and did an OK job and was very nice to work with.

Don't use this service. The technician did not turn up on the scheduled date. No prior intimation. Had to chat with Handy customer care and request a refund.

i had no problem with getting the TV. but I had to cancel the install part where they come and put it on the wall. and I don't know if they're charging me for that or not

The process was pretty simple they sent the email and you just followed the steps I had issues with the app not working for me and they couldn’t get to work for me other than that the service was great.

I requested to cancel the tv mount installation like 5 times and you a-holes told me that it was cancelled and you modefukers still charge me for a service you did not provide

this company is FRAUD they book a appointment that you didnt make then steak your money when you cancel but rest assured im contacting my attorney they stole 79.00 from me
