I paid for this service but nobody ever installed my Mount. I had to reschedule the initial appointment and they never called me back to complete the installation. I had no way of contacting them.

The installation has been rescheduled 4-5 times including today. I want a refund of $79 for the installation service. I no longer need the service and am canceling service scheduled for Monday 16th.

The installation is a SCAM ! Do NOT book the install. They say just buy the in wall cable and the tech will install it, but that is NOT true. They WILL NOT hide the wires for you. I wasted my money.

beware angi its a scam my tv sits on the floor shameful service. should be less than zero. Then they tried to reschedule 3 more days out, i should be first in queue or given complementary service!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Screws that came with the bracket kit was not long enough to screw into the TV and the bracket. I had to travel to the local hardware store to purchase longer screws.

I feel bad leaving this because I don't want to be a mean person but: Completely bad. Don't do it! Kid didn't have his own proper tools and needed to use ours also needed assistance holding tv up. It FELL off the wall literally three minutes after he left. He did come back and secure it a second time only to not be level!!!! Asked to come four hours earlier than I scheduled which any other day would've been fine but made for a very pressed for time morning this day- but i had already waited several days for Angi services to contact me for the appointment. Also asked if I would approve a confirmation claiming it took two hours to install vs whatever the norm is so he could get paid more. Can we just do better all around Sam's Club/Angi???? This screams Walmart service all around. Sam's Club although they supposedly have a satisfaction guarantee told me they would not refund or repair. (When the tv fell off the wall it also took a chunk out of the sideboard below it.) And Angi services is completely unreachable. I regret not taking these terrible reviews more seriously but how awful could one tv mounting service go???? Well I should've just done it myself

I purchased a TV mount in store and the Angi TV mounting service online. I did not receive instructions via email for contacting a representative through the company. I contacted Angi customer service and had to provide additional information for them to escalate my request, as there was an error in the system. I had not seen any other reviews like this, so I wanted to give a PSA in case anyone else comes across this issue. I thought this would be an easy service and now it is going to take days for my purchase to be verified and accepted.

Do not recommend! I try contacting the pro and the call all never went through, he showers up as scheduled but said because the tv was 75 inches Angie supposed to send 2 people. So here we go again we must wait another week for another installer to come with someone ! Very inconvenient!!!!! 2 weeks with a tv seating on the floor waiting for installation.
