I paid for the service and it was never provided. No one contacted me to schedule installation. I contacted Walmart and Angi and no one has resolved the issue.

The back ground checks Angies does is ridiculous. Do your own due diligence before letting a stranger in your home.If i could give this 0 stars I would.

The TV never came it was delayed. I canceled the order but never got my refund for the installation for $79. They never installed the TV. I want my money returned to the card that I paid with.

After 2 failed appointments my advice is not to use this service, ever. The service people never show up. Very unprofessional. Unacceptable! I'm so disappointed. I'm surprised that Wal-Mart uses this service.

I hired Angi through Walmart to hang the TV. They re-scheduled three times, I cancelled and was never refunded my money. Buyer beware. If you are foolish enough to hire Angi you may be in for a series of disappointments.

Completely inept installation services. First sent two people who drilled holes too high in the wall for television mount; they could not repair the holes. Had to assist them with correct placement of tv on wall. Called Angi to report and request fix of holes in wall. Next service person did not speak English and did not know what needed to be done. Angi attempted to schedule a third service call. I declined. Returning television and mount. Never again!

Guy came to mount TV on wall but TV was not here. There was a lack of communication between Walmart not letting TV mount installer delivery date was changed %26 could have saved him a trip to be at his next appt. I felt bad the guy had made this trip for nothing. Communication is a big key to everything

What kind of crazy company schedules an appointment without my permission? I never authorized the appointment nor did I even get the television delivered (it was canceled because of logistical failures on Walmarts part) so what did he have to install. I feel bad for the gentleman for wasting the gas but this entire purchase has been a nightmare. this is after the delivery driver failed to actually come to my house and knock on my door to try and deliver the item. is this how you conduct business you have no qualms taking someone's $500 but you can't make sure that they actually get what they pay for? you're an epic failure Walmart
