The maintenance man that came from using Angi with Walmart was very polite. He used his own bolts which were more heavy duty than the ones rhat came wirh the mount. And he was super quick, he was in and out within 45 minutes.

Don't come on time, 5 hours early without notice. No stud finder, ask me as the customer to work with him. Charge me extra for no reason at the end.

Description stated that the wall mount was compatible with Vizio 65 inch TV. The wall mount was small. I had to run and get a different one at the physical Walmart. I will be returning this.

The mount was included with the frame tv, so saying that it isn't was confusing, because I questioned of the product was something non-standard, which can happen.

Angi recshueduled 3 different times, saying they had no people, but their website says they have availability everyday. now im being scheduled 2 weeks out after waiting 3 weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible. The service cancelled on me three times, one of them very last minute, and kept pushing the appointment off by weeks. I eventually asked for a refund and paid someone else to mount the TV.

job was actually done through "Angie" web site Co. which caused a lot of problems. Creating an Angi account; new password, all that unwanted stuff! TOTAL CONFUSION! DON'T DO IT?

Our installer was Jonathan. He went right to work, neatly packing away the shipping packaging as he worked. He had no trouble and did an excellent job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would think a tv wall mount was a wall mount. when I purchased the mount it said nothing about needing anything else. Now I have a installer coming tomorrow. and apparently no mount.

The tech was very nice and professional. They did more than what was expected and took time to explain some things I didn’t understand and gave advice!
