Cecil the individual from Handy (which I personally selected from Handy app) that mounted my TV was great! He took his time making sure the TV was mounted correctly! He was personable, had great energy and explained what he was doing so I felt more comfortable with my 65in TV being literally in his hands

Very terrible experience.. wall has an extra hole in it because the Mount was crooked, it would had stayed that way if I hadn’t spoke up, so more holes were made to level the mount properly, still slightly off center, I had to help pick up the tv and mount it over the fireplace (I’m 5’3”), At this point we are 3.5 hours in…. After mounting tv plugged it in and it had lines through the screen, I scheduled a pick up to return the tv which took a week and won’t see the refund for up to three more weeks. Bought another more expensive tv from target since Walmart could only offer me the refund (3weeks later) and not a replacement. The person they hired as a third party has never installed a tv and Mount before. Never again.

Had a 65 inch TV mounted. Great experience. Used my verification code from my receipt and entered into Handy’s App. Literally took 5 minutes to schedule my service. My assigned installer texted me within a few minutes and was actually able to install my TV the same day. He was professional and the TV looks great.

Stephen was very professional, efficient, polite, curtesy, and did a very good job. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend him for the job.

Dave did an excellent job mounting our TV. He asked us what our preferences were on where we wanted to TV, made sure we were happy with the chosen spot, then mounted it. He was done in under 30 mins! Definitely would recommend him!

Michael provided exceptional installation services and was on-time. He even overcame the fact that the unusual design of construction prevented normal installation. He was knowledgeable and fast. I'm very pleased with his services.

I bought my tv and mount the together they both came within a few days the handy man came a few days after that. It was an amazing experience, the handy man was quick concise and professional. Highly recommended
