The “Pro” never arrived or attempted to call me, I was waiting for them but never received a call or a knock at the door although they had my address and apartment number and everything, they just sent a message at 7:15 saying they will be there until 7:30am I exactly came put at 7:30am because I had missed the text but no one was there, than when I called him everything sound sooo off, I guess he wasn’t expecting I had a ring camera in my apartment that could show my parking lot and a fence he needs to call to come in through, so I went effectively in my camera whiched confirmed what I suspected which is that no one ever showed, this literally just happened this morning, so be careful with this service app because they will claim they did the impossible to try and reach you but didn’t and then charge for a full a services they never showed up for because of their cancelling policy, I didn’t cancelled, your guy never came!

The service man we were assigned was very unprofessional and kept flirting with me in front of my family the entire time he was there. It was really uncomfortable. Also struggled to put up the TV mount and kept drilling even though I told him it was okay to stop since there was brick behind the wall I did not know about. He lingered in our house longer than he had to trying to hold a conversation, even as I made multiple gestures for him to go. Super relieved when he finally left and was on edge the next couple of days since he knew our address. Angie hires individual contractors so please be aware ahead of time, you don't know what kind of person may be entering your home..

I set up to have someone come out to install a TV. They arrived on time and were very professional. I was re ently widowed and several things needed to be done. They were kind enough to do everything I needed at a very reasonable price. The best thing is they are local and now I have help for all those things that pop up around here. I plan to call again soon. This is a fantasic and much needed service. If you need help this is the place to call!

Guy that came to put the wall mount up took all my wall mount screws didn’t tell me anything said he left them in the box and ran out of my house when I noticed they were gone I texted him and only then did he tell me that he took them he didn’t put the wall mount all the way in the way on one side so it looks scary like it’s going to fall I definitely will never hire anyone from this app to come install anything else in my house

Would love to give zero stars. This was a joke. Don’t fall for it. It’s thru Angie/walmart. They schedule the appt and give you no option. So I re-arranged my schedule. Three hours before the tech was to show up I got an email canceling. They rescheduled for 2.5 days later. Again I had to re-arrange my schedule. This time losing out on theater tickets. This time the tech canceled 28 minutes before his scheduled time. He told me straight out Walmart does not pay them enough to do this job. I demanded my money back. It will take 10 business days to get it. This is a complete waste and somewhat of a scam. Do not do it!!

Gabriel was very polite and even called to speed up the installation as he had a cancellation. The TV mount went smoothly but must add (pay a few $ more for an Adjustable Stand) it would be worth it! The following has no bearing on the installer but Communication could be improved on Angis Booking and Follow Up Calls. Who calls a customer for feedback at 01:30 AM the night after the installation?

I was not informed about Angie prior to it appearing in my email and text. I did not order this service and did not appreciate the constant texting about it. I know I did not order it because I knew I did not have a TV mount. It would be standing on its legs and not be mounted.

I do not recommend using WalMart’s installation service. They scheduled a time that is not convenient and I was not allowed to re-schedule. Nothing against the person performing installation, this is regarding the lack of flexibility and the fact that they scheduled a stranger to come into my home in the middle of the night. Please use Thumbtack where you have a choice of date/time.

the man was over 1 and a half hrs late supposed to be there @10am arrived @11:39 was there for 25 minutes or so i was not there my fiancee was i recieveda text saying ths is Angie your technician is ask for 2 more hours to be able to finish the job do i approve yes or no so of course i called my house they said i guess so i approved it for another 40.63 plus the 85.00 i already paid... okay then as soon as I said yes in just a couple minutes I get a text from home he's done and gone already. so he arrived at11:39 done the job got an additional 41.00 out of me and was gone by12:20 pretty much a rip off I'd say

Michael was very kind and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing. He handled my TV with care. After he mounted my TV on the wall it stayed put. My TV is a TCL Roku TV 55 inch. Even though the TV was put in a tight spot he knew exactly what to do in such tight quarters. Overall, I'm really happy I ordered from this service, and will be ordering AGAIN in the future! :-D
