Chicken Pot Pie

These are amazing! I like to add an egg wash to the top for the classic down home finish. Great meal for a large family, or for a small family with plenty of leftovers. The leftovers of one of these are just as good or better than right out of the oven. My daughter and I love these. Highly recommended.

Pathetic appearance

I have bought a lot of these pot pies, and they are usually delicious and attractive in appearance. This time it was absolutely pathetic!! It was only half filled, and the dough was thrown on the top instead of woven lattice appearance. To note, this was a home delivery, so I did not pick it out myself, or clearly I would have chosen 1 that was prepared correctly. We have not eaten it yet, but it better taste as good as usual, although you can see in the picture that it is missing filling on the side by the label. Very disappointing appearance!!

    Loved it! Totally worth the money!

    Terrible

    I don't understand how this has good reviews unless every reviewer is missing their tastebuds. This has NO flavor other than flour and butter. Hardly any vegetables. So mad I wasted $20. Never again.

    Poor quality chicken

    I've enjoyed this product on many occasions; however, the last time I ordered it the quality of the chicken was sub-standard -- tough and containing connective tissue. Feed the majority to the Great Dane who did find the product to his liking.

    Better than Homemade

    I don't write reviews of food much, but this is one of the finest tasting pot pies I have ever tasted. Full of chicken, vegetables and sauce. It is truly tasty.

    Stopped using rotisserie chicken

    I used to buy 1-2 of these every trip.. they recently changed the recipe and stopped using the rotisserie chicken in them and they are now not near as good. I cannot justify the price now

    Awesome Chicken Pot Pie!!

    I bought this on Christmas eve and made it later that night. Totally a great option for families on the go!! Such good flavor and texture and the crust is sooooo good. I will be purchasing again!!

    We rarely eat prepared food

    I cook 360 nights a year, but this week are so busy and I picked up this pie from our newly gotten membership. It was just as good as my home made pie, of course there are additives, but for once or twice a year it was top notch!
