Too salty!!!

I was so excited to try this since I read all the good reviews. There were some pretty big pieces of chicken when I cut into it so I figured this is going to be great! One bite and all I could taste was salt. My boyfriend also didn’t like it. We both had a weird taste in our mouth after eating it. When I was putting the left overs in the fridge I noticed it has 1030mg of sodium per serving and there are 12 servings per pie!! That’s 12,360mg of sodium in this one pie. I understand it is pretty large, but on here it only lists the sodium as being in the 800 range per serving. Idk if they changed the recipe or what but I will not be buying again and this will go in the trash since I felt sick all night after eating it.

Very Delicious

Oh my!!! I just had the leftovers from dinner last night and it was just as good reheated as it was straight out of the oven. The crust is flaky and buttery, the sauce creamy and the chicken pulls in the rotisserie flavor. The veggies are just the right size as to blend in well but still give it good flavor. Overall I wish I could give it 100 stars!! My husband's only request....make a beef version and life would be good! Wow...I could eat another one tonight lol! The size is just right, serves 4 with leftovers for the next day. Absolutely worth every penny.

Best Pot Pie

Purchased this pot pie one day because I had been gone all day and hadn’t cooked. This pot pie was excellent. Lots of meat and it tastes wonderful. Comfort food at it’s best. The entire family loved it and are asking for it all the time. Thanks for a great meal I didn’t have to cook

Sodium!!

I bought the MM Chicken Pot Pie today after reading the positive reviews. Another reviewer mentioned the high sodium count. The salt was indeed overpowering. I love salt, but would prefer to add salt if needed. The pot pie could have been delicious if it hadn't been so salty. Beware!

Excellent and easy

We love these! My wife has had several surgeries this year that have reduced her mobility and left me in charge of the cooking and the grocery shopping. I can cook reasonably well but with a full-time job and all the other tasks of maintaining the household I've had to look for as many efficient options as I can find. These are a perfect option. They can be frozen for future use, thawed on the counter during the day, and popped into the oven at night. The filling is rich and delicious and the crust is wonderful. Throw in delivered to my door for free, and these will become a go-to for you as well.

Never again

I am so disappointed. I finally splurged on one of these. They are very expensive and I haven't bought one in years. The crust and flavor are good--but the chicken was awful. Alot of gristle, pieces unchewable. They were not very careful cleaning the chicken. For $20+ I expected better.

Wow!

I bought this just to have something easy. I didn’t expect much and honestly was not looking forward to it tonight. I was surprised that it was absolutely delicious and homemade tasting. It didn’t taste at all like “easy deli food”. I plan on freezing what’s left as it’s huge.

Easy "home cooked" meal

I too had seen this at my local Sams Club, but wondered if it was worth the almost $18 price tag. Finally decided to try it out - and oh so glad I did!! It fed 6 of us - and even my pickiest eater went back for seconds!! So I'd suggest you give it a try!

Edible but not very good

I was hoping this would be a decent substitute for my homemade chicken pot pie (on days that I don’t have time to make it), but it was dry and the flavor just wasn’t good at all. I knew it wouldn’t be as good as homemade, so my expectations weren’t super high, but there are better chicken pot pies at fast food joints. Disappointing.

Very good

I've looked at this in store several times but was reluctant to pay such a hefty price for it and then not like it. To expensive to throw away. So yesterday in store as I'm looking at it once again I started reading reviews on it. Most were pretty good reviews but still I just wasn't sure. Then along comes this super nice elderly lady and as ahe is reaching for one of these pot pies I asked her about it. She said she buys one every week and highly recommended it. So, I bought it and let me tell you we were NOT disappointed! This is truly good!! I cooked it in the oven on 375 for 1.5 hours. Towards the end when crust was brown enough to my satisfaction I just laid a piece of aluminum foil over it so would not brown any more. The elderly lady said she brushes butter on the crust prior to cooking but I didn't and it turned out perfect. Now here I am highly recommending this chicken pot pie. I found no flaws with it. Way more flavorful than kentucky fried chickens pot pie ( which is to bland for me). It has plenty vegetables and chicken and "gravy" was a good consistency. --> BUY IT <-- :)
