TASTELESS

Very pretty and cooks up looking nice, but it is SO. FREAKING. BLAND!! I expected something with some actual taste to it, but you are better off buying frozen Marie Callender (or even Banquet!) pot pies. :/ Added seasoning and mixed it in on my plate, which helped. But I really don't know how they managed to make this so bland in the first place. Keep that in mind before shelling out $20 for this thing.

Soooo Good!!!!!

We Love this, homemade taste & old fashioned, homemade crust! Bakes beautifully, it'll feed several, but we're just 2 & we still get this to eat quite often. One of the few things we don't mind eating for dinner & lunch 2 days in a row! Don't understand the negative reviews, we've never had a bad one so far. Please Keep making these Sam's! Like Grandma's homemade through & through with taste & beautifully cooked.

Very Delicious

Oh my!!! I just had the leftovers from dinner last night and it was just as good reheated as it was straight out of the oven. The crust is flaky and buttery, the sauce creamy and the chicken pulls in the rotisserie flavor. The veggies are just the right size as to blend in well but still give it good flavor. Overall I wish I could give it 100 stars!! My husband's only request....make a beef version and life would be good! Wow...I could eat another one tonight lol! The size is just right, serves 4 with leftovers for the next day. Absolutely worth every penny.

YUMMY AND SO DELICIOUS

I was looking for something close to homemade for dinner last night. To tired after work I decided to trio Try this. I'm so so so glad I did. My whole family loved it. The pan was scraped clean. Only complaint was I didn't have a piece to take for lunch. Lol I will be buying again

Yummy!!

Bought this today and made it for Lunch with leftovers for Dinner. It exceeded my expectations. It was delicious! I will purchase again. I put foil around edges for the first hour of baking so the edges would not bun and took off last 20 minutes. Crust was a beautiful golden brown. Perfect amount of filling with a delicious taste.

Great Chicken Pot Pie

This was fantastic. The crust was delicious and the filling had everything you'd want/need. The only minor criticism I would have is it could use a little more seasoning in the filling. But, we can add that on our own and it certainly wouldn't stop us from buying this again.

Chicken Pot Pie

I tried one tonight and I was a little disappointed in the quantity/quality of actual chicken in the pie. To me, the tiny bits of chicken in the pie appear to be from canned chicken breast and NOT from their leftover rotisserie chickens, as they claim. The tiny bits of white meat chicken do not have the consistency of rotisserie chicken, but are real soft and mushy, as is with store-bought canned chicken. I also noticed high salt content, further making me believe this was made from canned chicken.

The crust needs work, but it's serviceable

Not the best out there. The crust was made with far too much shortening and you can really taste it (unpleasant!). Cook instructions were a bit conservative, with 85-95 minutes being ideal. During the last 15 minutes of cooking, I use Convection bake at 350 to further brown the crust.

Excellent and easy

We love these! My wife has had several surgeries this year that have reduced her mobility and left me in charge of the cooking and the grocery shopping. I can cook reasonably well but with a full-time job and all the other tasks of maintaining the household I've had to look for as many efficient options as I can find. These are a perfect option. They can be frozen for future use, thawed on the counter during the day, and popped into the oven at night. The filling is rich and delicious and the crust is wonderful. Throw in delivered to my door for free, and these will become a go-to for you as well.

Edible but not very good

I was hoping this would be a decent substitute for my homemade chicken pot pie (on days that I don’t have time to make it), but it was dry and the flavor just wasn’t good at all. I knew it wouldn’t be as good as homemade, so my expectations weren’t super high, but there are better chicken pot pies at fast food joints. Disappointing.
