I was really disappointed when I got this pack in my pick up order. I obviously overlooked the “thin sliced” in the title. I decided to give them a try anyway. They were excellent. So fast and easy to prepare for an easy dinner with a sweet potato or cut up inside a tortilla, the little steaks made dinner or even lunch a special occasion. The taste was great.

The strips were cut too thin. Would be ok for stir frys

Meat was dark in color on bottom side of all steaks

Too much chewy parts to the steak not my favorite

Steaks are consistently excellent!

Great beef, sams has some really good beef
