Quality beef, well portioned cuts, perfect thickness for grilling

Very thought and grissely.. won't buy again

The pack use to have more. Recently purchased a pack and it only had 5 slices. The price went up but the slices went less.

I placed an order for pick up on these steak. I can't believe how thin these steaks are!!! So expensive

I was really disappointed when I got this pack in my pick up order. I obviously overlooked the “thin sliced” in the title. I decided to give them a try anyway. They were excellent. So fast and easy to prepare for an easy dinner with a sweet potato or cut up inside a tortilla, the little steaks made dinner or even lunch a special occasion. The taste was great.

Not sure why but quality has been poor in their New York steaks. Tough cuts. I’m a good cook and can make really good steak. But this batch was not a good cut. Hidden ones were worse with poor marbling but tough gristle type fat that you can’t eat running thru the middle.
