The thin sliced steaks are perfect for making our favorite carne asada recipes. We love to buy the big package at our local club to bring home and break into smaller size packs.

This was my 1st time bbq’ing these thin NYbstrips. Soaked in ACV and seasonings, and they were amazing!

I like that the stakes are thinner easy to cook and the price is less than tick ones, I would like to buy more often but it’s a little to expensive.

Not as good as I was expecting for that cut of meat. A little tough with not much flavor.

Very expensive cut and the taste was not similar to real meet. I felt like I was eating cardboard! The middle stake was half size of the ones on the corners. After seasoning them it took me a while to cook them with butter as I always do, but the taste was not the expected one.

Tough, not the best quality. I thought this would be a great, simple cut of meat when I didn’t want a huge piece of steak but meat is tough and not flavorful. Sadly, I’m trying to think of recipes to mask the taste so I don’t waste what I have leftover.

Really tough. Horrible !!!! Nobody would help me. I emailed customer service twice. Would not help. Should have refunded.

I bought a ribeye steak from Sam’s Club at $15.99 per pound, spending over $41 total. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown. When I cooked the steak in a pan, an excessive amount of water came out, making it nearly impossible to get a good sear. The steak ended up steaming instead of frying, which completely ruined the flavor and texture. For the price, I expected a high-quality cut — not something that behaves like it’s been pumped with water. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be buying ribeye from Sam’s Club again unless they seriously improve the quality.
