Bough it for my 7 y.o. and he's been using it all summer! Loves it. It is not as easy to carry as described, but still ok. Those little niches/slits on the kayak are not as easy to grip. Minor nuisance. Overall - no regrets about the purchase. Recommend to all who has kids. (side note - really hard for adults to sit in it, really designed just for kids).

we bought this for our 5 year old daughter. she has been out 2x so far and it works great. she is able to get in it and paddle by herself. there were not drip guards on the paddle so she got a little wet the first time but those were cheap to buy and add to the paddle.

It cracks me up how well he can maneuver it. Its the perfect water sport toy for kids and adults alike. Our family loves to spend the day at the lake with the kayaks.

My 8 year old daughter and 9 year old son love these! The kids use them on a very large lake on clam days and they are so stable the kids can stand on them and use them like "paddle boards". Seat back that comes with yellow is pretty flimsy and will probably only last one season, but its better than nothing.

I bought this for my almost 10 year old daughter who loves it. Her 2 cousins also got one for their bday so we were excited to all go our kayaking. One thing I did not like was how it was delivered. It only arrived in plastic and not in any sort of box. It was also left out by my driveway where anyone could steal it. My garage is always open and they normally put my packages in the garage not sure what happened this time. Overall great product thought!

I bought three of the 6’ youth kayaks in different colors for my grandchildren. I thought all the colors looked very nice, but green was my favorite. I guess that’s why it was the most expensive. Yhey’re actually good quality and the kids have been enjoying them. The 9 and 10 year olds were able to stand up and paddle them (with an occasional tumble).

I bought two last year, and my girls had so much fun, unfortunatelly they are so easy to carry that they were stolen from my 34 footer in Oxnard, CA, now i'm just waiting for the prices to go down to last year prices to get them again, but this time i'll lock them up.
