Perfect size for my 3 year granddaughter. She loved it. I also have one for my 7 year grandson. Perfect size for little kids and will hold up to 130lbs. They will be able to use it for a number of years before having to upgrade to a larger size.

Great kayak - my 6 %26 7 year olds love it. They can maneuver it very easily. There isn't a seat that has a back, which would make it more comfy, but not a necessity.

My daughter almost drowned. Luckily she had a life vest but the kayak filled with water making it heavy despite the scuppers . The seam on the side of the kayak where the top half and bottom have meet cracked right at the seam.

These little blue kayaks are the perfect size for our 9 and 7 year old grand daughters to use at our lake house. They are stable in the water, but light enough for the girls to pull them ashore by themselves.

I purchased the Lifetime Wave 6ft youth Kayak for my granddaughters birthday. She LOVES it ! She just turned nine and it is perfect. Very pleased with the quality of the product.

Bought for use by my 11 yr old twins. One is 65 lbs, the other is 85 lbs. Even though it’s rated up to 130 lbs they both thought it was too small and unstable.

I bought one of these for each of my two boys when they were 5 years old. They love paddling around on lakes, reservoirs, ponds, and the Pamlico Sound. These are very stable and easy for kids to paddle. It makes them proud to have their own boats just like dad. We like these well enough that I bought a second pair to leave in Tennessee.

Great kayak for young kids first learning how to paddle. I have one for both my 5 and 8 year old. They enjoy being able to have their own kayak and coming along with me for a paddle. I recommend bringing a tow rope for when they get tired and using some common sense while considering the user's age when planning an outing but overall these kayaks are great for their price and for beginners. Perfect for introducing kids too kayaking and getting them started. Will be getting my kids something a little nicer once they outgrow these but for now they both love their kayaks.

My daughter has been asking for a kayak for months, so glad we finally got this one. Perfect for her, as a beginner. She even towed her little sister around on the back for a while! Solid hard plastic, seems very durable. Very happy with the purchase!
