Quick Breakfast, yet full of sausage, potatoes cheese and eggs.( Family tidbit- once done add a touch of honey)

Perfect easy breakfast for my family as we run out the door on the way to work. Very filling, and tastes yummy.

I eat one of these every morning. I admit that I douse it in Cholula sauce to make them pop. I don't get tired of them!

My daughter eats these before school most days of the week. They're easy for her to prepare when short on time and they taste good and fill her up.

If you insist, this could be made even better with onions and bell peppers. Give it a different name and I’d buy both - even for a bit more $.
