I substitute teach and getting up early to get ready for school doesn't need to have extra time to cook breakfast from scratch. I come from the shower pop the JD-BB in the microwave during the first 2 minutesa the socks, pants, and shirt are on the next minute allows for the shoes to be on and tied. On weekends I do breakfast from scratch which definitely requires more than 4 minutes to do an simple cheese omlet.
