Extremely thin slices and Burt when cooked in the oven after about 10 minutes. Will probably use for seasoning. Previous purchases were excellent with thickness and taste. But this box falls way below expectations.

My husband and I have always loved this bacon!! Till this last Sunday we stopped at sams and got our meat like we normally do but this time I grabbed 2 boxes of bacon because like I said before we love this bacon! This time was very different. It cooked the same but there was no flavor at all.. it tasted like paper and it had no smell. Ruined me I will never purchase this bacon again too much money down the drain.

taste quality is lacking. when cooking it turned to mush. it appears the bacon wasn't cured long enough and has a lot of moisture so it shrivels. we have been a regular customers of this product for years. the last 2 boxes have been a big letdown. until the quality comes back, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I bought this March of 2023 for $35 bucks and while the price is great the bacon is paper thin. When fully cooked it won't stay together unless you eat limp, undercooked bacon. Again the quantity is good I'd be much happier with half the number of slices if they were twice the thickness.

I have to say my family and I really enjoy this bacon. It taste really good. Cooks nice and flat in the pan. Doesn’t roll up. Doesn’t shrink up a lot like other bacon. The only thing I can say bad about it is the further down you get in the sheets the bacon isn’t as nice and pretty as the top sheets in the box. Bacon is a little thin. But most these days are. What is nice is you don’t have to overly cook it to get a nice crispy piece either.

Purchased this bacon at $42, figured you get what you pay for, right? ...Wrong, its very thin, lost 2/3?s of its size after frying it. It?s very tasteless and the worst bacon I?ve ever eaten and have ever purchased. Unfortunately, I couldn?t take it back because I broke it down into gallon-size bags and threw-away the box.

Have purchased this bacon many times, it never disapoints. While it is sold in a 10 lb box so number of slices may vary the box i recieved had roughly 180 slices if it helps give you an idea. I purchase and then package smaller to stick in freezer and eat at my own pace.

I have had great experiences with this product. My most recent purchase of it is very salty. Not sure why the bacon is different this time. It is very very salty. I did not add salt to my hamburger patty since I was using this salty bacon. Hopefully next time it will be back to normal.

Not sure what has changed but this used to be great bacon. I feel like I wasted my money this time because the slices are so thin it is difficult to get them off the paper without ruining them. I could read a book thru them they are so thin. I'll pass on this product going forward!

I have been buying this bacon for a couple years now. I never get 2 packages that cook the same. Sometimes you have to over cook it to get the fat just not soggy and other times it gets crackly even when not really browned. It is like a box of chocolates in that you never know what you will get. The flavor if just OK but not great but it does generally cook pretty fast which is a plus.
