Worst bacon I've ever had!

There is something wrong with this bacon. It doesn't have much flavor and the texture is almost like plastic. This is not up to Sams usual standards. Why are they selling this??

Extremely Thin Slices

Extremely thin slices and Burt when cooked in the oven after about 10 minutes. Will probably use for seasoning. Previous purchases were excellent with thickness and taste. But this box falls way below expectations.

Excellent Bacon!

For the price, this bacon is a great buy. The taste is excellent and the quality is consistent. The price does fluctuate from $30 to over $40, but that is for ten pounds of restaurant quality bacon, which always seems competitive with all the other brands. It is easy to cook on the parchment paper it is packed in using a tray in the oven. The thickness is perfect for all our applications and we always stock up when this product is in stock. Cook at 350° for 17 to 22 minutes in a convection oven. Perfect.

Good value Fragile when cooked though.

I bought this March of 2023 for $35 bucks and while the price is great the bacon is paper thin. When fully cooked it won't stay together unless you eat limp, undercooked bacon. Again the quantity is good I'd be much happier with half the number of slices if they were twice the thickness.

Terrible Bacon

Thought I would stock up on some Bacon. I was going to package it in pound packages in my food saver. What a mess. This stuff was so thin, you could see through it. You couldn't peel it off the paper with out tearing it to shreds. Ended up throwing a few pounds away and the rest of it is hardly fit to fry. Do not buy this product.

Not bad for the price

I have been buying this bacon for a couple years now. I never get 2 packages that cook the same. Sometimes you have to over cook it to get the fat just not soggy and other times it gets crackly even when not really browned. It is like a box of chocolates in that you never know what you will get. The flavor if just OK but not great but it does generally cook pretty fast which is a plus.

Family of 10, it lasts for ever!

This is a staple and great for Keto. Kids love it wrapped around fresh asparagus, grilled on the Foreman and topped with a sprinkle of shaved parmesan and fresh cracked black pepper! We will never stop buying this. These are not the skinny dried ones found at the local grocery stores.

Cheap-Tasting , Very Thin, Awful Bacon

Purchased this bacon at $42, figured you get what you pay for, right? ...Wrong, its very thin, lost 2/3?s of its size after frying it. It?s very tasteless and the worst bacon I?ve ever eaten and have ever purchased. Unfortunately, I couldn?t take it back because I broke it down into gallon-size bags and threw-away the box.

Paper Thin

Not sure what has changed but this used to be great bacon. I feel like I wasted my money this time because the slices are so thin it is difficult to get them off the paper without ruining them. I could read a book thru them they are so thin. I'll pass on this product going forward!

Great tasting bacon and a great deal

This bacon tastes great! It is thinner than some other "thick" brands but not too thin. It cooks up fast and crispy (much better than the thick brands-not so chewy) and is great for sandwiches. Two 5 pound packages in the box. There are 9 to 10 slices per sheet of parchment and I just roll a sheet of parchment up with its bacon slices on it and put three rolls each in a gallon size zip lock bag to store for later. The papers are long enough on one end so you are rolling paper to bacon so it doesn't stick. Very easy! I forgot to count how many sheets per five pound package but I am sure at least ten. At under $4 per pound this is my new go-to bacon!
