Check the price per pound! This bacon is cut extremely thin. When first introduced at Sam's it was less than the thick cut price per pound. Not so anymore.

we purchased the bacon to do a Pancake Supper. I have used this bacon before, and I like how it is wrapped. The individual layers fit perfectly on a cookie sheet as I bake the bacon.

This bacon is outstanding if you need to cook a lot for a fundraiser or event. I cooked 40 pounds in 3 hours on my Members Mark outdoor flat-top grill for our town's annual pancake breakfast! Great quality and very convenient!

This bacon USED TO BE excellent. It WAS actually the best bacon I had ever had. Then the price swole by $2 per pound and it became the same ole waxy, flavorless, waste of money you get at the regular grocery store. SUPER DISAPPOINTED

This is mighty decent bacon for the price. A little high in fat, not that special but it's good bacon. Good for large groups. I've used them to make Mountain Man Brefixt, bacon BLTs, and just straight up bacon. And the best part is.....it's gluten free!!! So have as much as you want.

We love this bacon. It's tastes great and it fries up nice and crisp. The way it's packaged is perfect. We take each "sheet" and roll it up and place in resealable bags and put them in the freezer. That way we can grab one roll at a time, which is the perfect amount, when we're ready to cook it.

Good flavor, decent price. The only issues I have are that 1. The slices aren't uniform. Some pieces are thinner than others, and they burn easily while the thicker pieces are still not done. 2. The whole point of 'Layout' bacon is the ease and speed of cooking. The benefit is lost when the slices are overlapping , bunched up, or just plain stacked at one end of the sheet. Having to reposition almost every piece is frustrating and a waste of time!

Awesome bacon, and so easy to oven fry. I'd never noticed that the white papers the bacon is laying on, are actually PARCHMENT PAPER! They are very fragile and tear easily, so for years I thought it was just divider papers to separate the layers and I was pulling off each strip of bacon and laying on my parchment paper on a rimmed backing sheet. Be very gentle to peel up the whole layer of bacon and lay their sheet on your pan, cooks fine. I still put a layer of my own heavier parchment paper under it, but using theirs makes cooking it go SO much faster! I asked a few friends, they didn't know, either.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this restaurant quality and sized box of bacon! I separate the sheets of parchment, fold them over, and freeze three or four sheets of bacon in a gallon freezer bag. Each sheet has 9 slices of bacon it. Bake in the oven on the parchment paper to make our own pre-cooked bacon. Just heat 3-4 slices in the microwave as needed!

Our food truck goes through a lot of bacon. Having it laid out on sheets allows us to quickly prepare it. Cleanup is easy, as the sheet pans only need a quick wash to remove any grease after draining the fat and throwing the paper away. The bacon strips stay flat while baking in the oven.
