This package of 2 heads of iceberg lettuce is excellent. Unopened package lettuce lasts without rusting a long time (over a week) and even after opening to use a head, still neither starts to spoil. Much better keeper than store bought lettuce. Probably results from commercial packing methods. This is important to us as we don't use all of a head of lettuce right away and tend to throw out more than we use. But not with this Taylor Farms lettuce.

Wish I Could Give It A Zero

We signed up for a plus membership so that we could use curbside pickup & free shipping. My mother is 90 years old and medically vulnerable so I do everything possible to protect her, hence curbside pickup. We have been experiencing issues with produce for several months (please see photos) and each time I have called for a credit I have filed a complaint and shared these photos with Sam's Club customer service to no avail. I finally wrote to someone in Corporate and she in turn told the store manager (Jesse) to contact me. He sent me a message and gave me his cell phone number, when I texted him and told him I had photos I wanted him to see, he asked me to send them to his cell as well, he has been communicating with me via text since then. He told me he was looking into the situation and asked that I provide specific dates & invoice numbers for the products in question. I agreed to do so but asked for a work email address as it is much easier for me to send an email rather than trying to text all of that information. That was several weeks ago (October 25th) and was the last time I heard from him. He never even offered to give me a credit for the slimly, orange Iceberg Lettuce. I think this speaks volumes as to why we have been experiencing so many issues with curbside produce orders, the store management simply does not care. We have been loyal Sam's Club customers for nearly three decades, but apparently that doesn't make any difference, we are extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and don't appreciate having our time wasted or being sold rotting produce on a regular basis.
