These were expected to be more lean. When we barbecued them, they were as greasy and caused flame-flaring as much as regular hamburger.

The patties are large and have a good flavor. I like the fact that there is no added oils to the meat. A bit pricey.

I have never bought before so I was nervous I wouldn’t like the taste . They cooked up great and ended up being delicious
